Social content, approved on time.
A content calendar and approval system for Cupola Creative. The agency schedules posts for every client, and clients review, comment and approve in a portal that carries their own brand.

The problem
Approvals lived in email.
Posts went to clients as screenshots in email threads. Feedback got lost between versions, scheduled posts sat waiting on a reply, and nobody could see at a glance what was approved, what was waiting and what was stuck.
Cupola needed one place where the team plans and the client signs off.
What I built
Plan, review, approve.
Every client’s posts on one calendar, by platform and date, with status visible at a glance.
Draft, in review, changes requested, approved. Clients approve or comment in one click and the team sees it instantly.
Each client signs in to a portal that takes on their logo and colours automatically.
Images and video uploaded with each post and viewable at full size before anyone approves it.
Row-level security in Postgres keeps every client’s content strictly separate from every other client.
Agency admins manage clients and team members. Clients see only their own calendar.
Outcome
from kickoff to live
